EXELLENT!!!! (5 star). We are soo lucky to have Andrenia Green as our realtor. She taught us about the area because we were moving from out of state ( California ) She checked houses for us on video before we came over and also showed us a variety from which to choose when we arrived. Andrenia gave in her all and took it up as her own, helping us with EVERYTHING!!! Including phone calls to the bank which was a challenge because our bank has no branches in Florida. Meeting Andrenia was such a blessing. She was present for our home inspection as we were back in California, helped providing us with info about different service providers like home owners insurance etc. She was our run to person but never even once was she unavailable to help. We appreciated her presence at closing of escrow and the icing of the cake was her presence when we were officially entering our new home when the pod arrived. It was even raining but Andrenia still helped us with even unloading the POD!!! We are forever thankful for ushering us into Florida Jacksonville, helping us to find a beautiful home and loving us above all. We will Recommend Andrenia anytime to anyone with a lot of Confidence!! When I made the call to Mrs. Andrenia Green. I did not had any idea about the home buying process as first time home buyer. Mrs. Green took time to make me understand the process and walked me through all the way through the end. She’s always provided me with the information that I needed, big or small, to help me make the decision. She truly makes me consider her not only as an agent, but a friend. Andrenia has become my forever realtor. From the moment I spoke with her, I knew she was the perfect realtor for me. Andrenia Green is an awesome real estate broker as she has the knowledge, skills, and personality to guide and assist me in selling or purchasing homes. Andrenia Green is an outstanding realtor. I call her to let her know I was interested in selling my house. From the very first day she set up an appointment to talk with me and go over in details. About a year ago, my husband and I decided it was time to seriously determine where we were going to buy our retirement home. Were we going to remain in the Washington, DC area or relocate. We researched moving to FL, and like most house hunters, we searched many of the popular online real estate sites, and decided Jacksonville (Jax) would be our new city. Now we just needed to find a real estate agent. We didn't know any in Jax, so around the Christmas holidays in 2018, we took a chance and contacted one we found on Zillow. Her name is Andrenia Green, and now we can't imagine working with anyone else. She is very competent, thorough, personable, professional, tenacious, courteous, patient... we could go on and on. Our relationship started with an email introducing ourselves, we then scheduled a phone call. By the time the call was over, we knew we had the right person. Andrenia provides very personalized service. We know we aren't her only clients, but you would never know it based on the attentiveness she provides. Phone calls, emails, daily listing updates, etc., what more could you want from your realtor when you live out of town. When we are in Jax, she knows what type of houses we want to see and makes sure we utilize our time wisely. I moved from out of town. Andrenia showed me over 50 homes in 3 days. I found a new build and Andrenia went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. She was there every step of the way. Cuz I couldn't be here she came and took pictures and kept me updated. She is truly and amazing realtor and a good person I call a friend now.
